- Complete Automation Systems for Rehman Production Facility (RPF)
The customer wanted to upgrade their existing Gas Processing Facility by automating their Plant Control System and Field Instrumentation near Karachi. YOKOGAWA & ENERTECH were asked to provide Process Control System, Safety, F&G System and Field Instrumentation for their complete facility. YOKOGAWA & ENERTECH’s team took on the Supply, Engineering, Integration, startup, and commissioning of the complete system.
The scope involved Complete Engineering, Installation and Commissioning of
- ICSS using Yokogawa Centum VP R 6.08 and Prosafe RS R 4.06
- Yokogawa Field Instrumentation including Pressure, Temperature TXs and Flowmeters
- Level Transmitters from Vega
- Control Valves
- Instrumentation Cables along with Cable laying services etc.
